WarehouseTWO has an API!

Connect our API to your ERP, Intranet, or eCommerce site! The WarehouseTWO API has been expanded to include more data in search, members, and locations.

What can you do with the API? Bring in information for the communities you are a part of.

Search inventory
Limit search to a specific member
Search all items from a specific member
Message the seller
Send a broadcast request
View communities you have access to
View members and member location

NEW: Community Updates from Manufacturers

Level 5 members can now send community updates through WarehouseTWO.

Similar to broadcast requests, manufacturers will be able to send an email to all members of the community with updates and other product information.

Product Tip: Automate Your Inventory Posting

What: Create automated nightly tasks to extract your inventory availability data from your ERP system and to push the extracted data file to WarehouseTWO’s database.

Why: Experience tells us that distributors who upload their inventory data manually, eventually stop uploading their inventory data. Changes in personnel and lack of prioritization/accountability are the common causes. By automating your uploads as scheduled nightly events, you will always have data posted to your account, even if you have personnel changes or otherwise lose “tribal knowledge” within your company.

How: Automating your inventory data uploads as nightly events has two steps:

Step #1: Extract selected inventory data from your company’s ERP system into a data file that is compatible with WarehouseTWO. How you do this depends on which ERP system software you use. Need help with this step? Consider hiring one of these third-party ERP consultants.
