Privacy Policy
WarehouseTWO respects the privacy of each of its members and their users, and the confidential nature of information that may be shared between members of an inventory-sharing community at WarehouseTWO. To ensure members’ privacy, we collect minimal personally identifiable information. This information is limited to:
- Company name, address(s), telephone number, fax number and URL
- User first and last name, title, e-mail address, telephone number and fax number
- Credit card information for billing purposes only (if applicable)
Other than credit card information, the above information is available to other members participating in common inventory-sharing communities. It is part of our terms of use that no member may use this information for any purpose other than to communicate a possible purchase or sale of items, using communication tools available at the WarehouseTWO web site.
We do not share members’ contact information with any third party. We reserve the right to use members’ and users’ information to communicate information pertaining to the policies, features and status of WarehouseTWO.
WarehouseTWO may create a browser “cookie” to recognize a user when returning to our web site, and to bypass the need to log in when returning to our web site.
WarehouseTWO may collect usage data (e.g., number of searches, number of inventory data records posted, time spent on the web site, etc.) This information is collected exclusively for use by WarehouseTWO and its members. This information may be communicated to each member and to a manufacturer supporting the use of WarehouseTWO by its authorized distributors, and used to improve the service provided by WarehouseTWO. This information will not be shared with any other third party.
WarehouseTWO strives to protect the confidential nature of each member’s posted inventory data. To this end, WarehouseTWO restricts a member’s access to view posted inventory data to just those inventory-sharing communities for which the member is authorized to purchase from the corresponding manufacturer for resale. The site also restricts any manufacturer member from viewing information posted to any other manufacturer’s community.
WarehouseTWO uses selected Google Maps APIs for buyer-to-seller distance calculations. Therefore, access to the WarehouseTWO website and use of its tools is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
This privacy policy is subject to change without notice. Changes to this policy will be posted on the WarehouseTWO web site and announced within ten (10) days of any change, via electronic communication to member account administrators.
